OnS received an award from the Royal Academy of Engineering to take part in the SME Leadership Programme over the next 6 months. The programme delivers support for promising leaders of high growth engineering SMEs. The award aims to support development of leadership skills through the RAEng Hub Membership which includes:
- Training courses, executive education (through provision of a grant)
- Masterclasses and workshops delivered by senior business leaders
- Provision of an experienced personal mentor
- Access to the Taylor Centre
